Monica Colmsjo is an educator and clinical nutritionist who has worked and lived closely with addicts, most of her life. Monica has been conducting seminars and workshops throughout South East Queensland for over ten years on how nutrition impacts our lives and what we can do to lead a more healthy life. She has gained her skills through overseas studies in the USA and Sweden, working with clients and her own life experiences. In the future, Monica plans to take her workshops to the regional areas of NSW and Queensland.
